Registration fees

Symposium registration fees (tax included):

Industry delegate:

US$100

Academic/government delegate:

US$70

Student:

US$50

Notes: Student registration forms must be accompanied with a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status

The symposium registration fee includes:

  • Access to all symposium sessions
  • Access to poster and exhibition areas
  • Abstract book and a proceedings issued by Vietnam National University, HoChiMinh-city Press
  • Welcome reception, refreshments and lunches during the symposium time

Workshop registration fees:

  • For all participants: US$250 (tax included)
  • Deadline to enroll in workshop: July 1st, 2009
  • This fee includes free access to all sessions of the SPISE2009

Optional Gala Dinner

The cost of the optional Gala Dinner is US$20 per one person.

 

Please book the tickets and register for both workshop and symposium via the registration form.

Presenter registration deadlines

Accepted oral and poster presenters should register and pay the registration fee no later than July 1st 2009 in order to ensure that their materials will be included in the final program and abstract book of the symposium.

For Proceedings of the Symposium, the deadline for submitting full paper is June 30 , 2009.

 

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Symposium Secretariat of any change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Symposium Secretariat immediately.

If you cancel the registration by 15 July 2009, a full refund will be given (less a 10% administration charge). If you cancel it from 15 to 30 July 2009, a 50% refund will be given. But if the cancellation is made after  August 1st 2009 or you don’t show up at the symposium, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. In the unlikely event that we shall deem it necessary to cancel the symposium, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed.
